On this episode of our "Eight Dimensions of Wellness" series, we sit down with Damon Mendez to discuss social wellness. Damon is the Facility Manager at the Living Legacy Rec Center in Luray, VA. He has a very interesting background and an incredible story. He's the perfect embodiment of social wellness but he's worked hard to earn that reputation.
